Today is Memorial Day. I find that people either don’t really connect (other than to enjoy a 3-day weekend), or people are profoundly impacted by the memory of those who are no longer with us. There doesn’t seem to be much middle ground.
For Warriors, I suspect you’re in the second camp. If you spent any time in the service of others under risk, you probably know someone who made the ultimate sacrifice. I stopped counting when I ran out of fingers. Their faces will be forever young in my mind, because they never had the chance to grow old.
On Thursday, I offered one view on how to honor these sacrifices so they are never forgotten. Today, I’ll share my own personal technique for honoring my brothers and sisters. It’s complex… are you ready? Here it is…
